Quality Stone (Home – Quality Stone Malta) delivery policies go as follows.
Delivery Fees
- Malta Deliveries: Free of charge for standard orders.
- Small Orders (such as small sills or similar items): An additional delivery fee may apply, as per company policy. Clients will be informed of the cost before confirming their order.
- Gozo Deliveries: Subject to an additional delivery fee, depending on the order size and location. Our team will inform you of the exact cost before confirming your order.
Payments
- Malta Deliveries: Free of charge for standard orders.

Returns
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
- If no one is present, the items will be returned to our premises, and it will be the client’s responsibility to collect them directly.
- Any delivery fees charged are non-refundable in such cases.
Delivery Timeframe
- Kitchens: Typically delivered within 3 weeks from order confirmation.
- Small pieces (such as sills, pool coping, and similar items): Delivery is generally completed within one week or longer, subject to stock availability, though earlier fulfillment may occasionally be possible. It is recommended that small pieces be collected directly, as certain items may incur an additional delivery charge.
- Delays arising from stock shortages, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances will be communicated at the earliest possible opportunity.
