By using Quality Stone’s services and website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Company Location & Scope of Delivery

Quality Stone operates from Handaq, Malta, and provides delivery services across Malta and Gozo.

 

  • Malta Deliveries: Free of charge.
  • Gozo Deliveries: An additional delivery fee applies. Please contact us for exact charges.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of order and stock availability:

 

  • Kitchens: Typically delivered within 3 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Small pieces (such as sills, pool coping, and similar items): Delivery is generally completed within one week or longer, subject to stock availability, though earlier fulfillment may occasionally be possible. It is recommended that small pieces be collected directly, as certain items may incur an additional delivery charge.

 

Delays due to material shortages, third-party courier services, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfers, cheques, and cash (for small amounts only).
  • A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation, depending on the order amount and the customer’s circumstances.
  • The remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the job. However, alternative arrangements may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Job Completion & Acceptance

A job is considered complete once the ordered products have been delivered and/or installed (where applicable). At this stage, the remaining balance must be settled in full.

 

Customers are encouraged to inspect the products upon delivery or installation. Any issues such as damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Quality Stone does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

 

Exceptions: Returns or refunds may be considered only in cases of damage or defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence.
